Achieve Unite is a market leader & US-based partnering success company, helping channel leaders and their organisations navigate and excel in a competitive market by making their partner strategy successful. 

With deep experience across the channel and partner ecosystem, Achieve Unite supports the channel strategies of the world's biggest technology companies, from HP, Lenovo and Atlassian.

However, Achieve Unite recognised the need to move to a recurring revenue model & transform their knowledge delivery approach to remain at the forefront of innovation in the age of AI.

The Challenge

AchieveUnite faced key challenges:

1. Recurring Revenue & Growth 

Achieve Unite sought to add new products to its business model so it could grow and become a recurring revenue business. However, transitioning to a recurring revenue model is impossible without a product that supports their existing business of sharing knowledge, whilst enabling them to bring their IP into one platform that can be accessed by global networks of partners easily.

No alternatives were white-label solutions and could not be embedded into existing products, making it hard to sell to enterprise customers

However, they needed a way to package and deliver this valuable content on-demand, enabling their clients to benefit from it seamlessly at the point of need.

The Solution

To address these challenges, Achieve Unite partnered with Mindset to leverage the power of agents that unlocked their knowledge and content, putting it in the hands of their clients instantly.

The solution involved:

  • Branded Product: White-labelling the Mindset solution under the Achieve Unite brand, across the web & mobile. 
  • Ingestion: Consolidating AchieveUnite's IP, research, content, and learning materials into Mindset, accessible through Mindset's AI agents.
  • Agents: Achieve Unite has launched multiple agents, acting as experts across multiple topics that partnering teams must deal with, built ontop of their content.
  • Access: Delivering their learning and knowledge through the platform to their clients as part of their programmes.
  • Embed: Embedding these AI agents into important partner systems as a workplace search tool using agents, providing Achieve Unite's partner ecosystems with on-demand access to sales training and partner enablement resources as an enterprise solution.

The Results

This solution empowered partners and sales teams to access the information they needed, when they needed it, fostering faster onboarding, enablement, and ultimately, better retention and pipeline generation for Achieve United clients.
