Introduction

Break Point Academy, founded by ex-SAS operative and "SAS: Who Dares Wins" TV personality Ollie Ollerton, faced a critical challenge: to embed real behaviour change & grow their customer base. Break Point Academy emerged from a combination of Ollie Ollerton's extensive background in the SAS and his media presence. Accessibility & Engagement: Break Point needed to increase engagement with their client's employees to embed change, retain and grow client base. Traditionally, it was hard to make this possible.
